Job Summary
A mental health services company has a current position open for a Remote LICSW Supervising Therapist in Kirkland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring your supervisees are meeting KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) by tracking supervisees’ caseloads and subsequent performance quotas
- Attending bi-weekly clinical supervisor meetings.
- Conducting performance reviews on a bi-annual basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Active PsyD, LCSW, LCSW– R, or LICSW
- Prior experience in staff/program management
- Must possess a minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Must possess SIFI (Seminar In Field Instruction certification) or a Supervisory certificate in state of clinical licensure
