Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Life Actuary in St Louis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Playing a lead role in preparing for meetings and interactions with clients
- Preparing initial drafts of client correspondence
- Working on assignments for more senior associates to meet client engagement objectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in an actuarial role
- Expertise in at least one specific life insurance and/or annuity product line
- Strong technical skills, preferably in at least one of: Microsoft Excel with VBA, SQL, or R
- Ability to delve into technical issues and problem solve with minimal instruction or supervision
