Job Summary
A customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Life and Annuity Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typing 25 WPM
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
- High Speed Internet
