A provider of financial services and solutions has an open position for a Remote Life and Annuity Registered Service Representative in Fort Wayne.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing customer service to internal and/or external stakeholders
- Providing accurate, timely information meeting the customer's needs
- Documenting customer interactions in appropriate system(s)
Position Requirements Include:
- FINRA Series 6 license
- High School or GED
- 0 - 1+ Years of general experience - need not be directly related to position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
