Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Life and Disability Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing all aspects of claims, customer service and/or other functions for the Life and Disability and Absence business
• Directing claims processes, customer service processes, or other functions and contracts
• Providing guidance on the most complex claims, customer service or leave management issues

Required Skills:

• Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 9 years of professional and/or leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
• 5 or more years of Disability operations experience
• 3 or more years of Absence operations experience
• 3 or more years of experience leading teams/direct reports
