A healthcare company has a current positionopenfor a Remote Life and Disability Operations Director in Mason.
Must be able to:
- Direct claims processes, customer service processes, or other functions and contracts
- Provide guidance on the most complex claims, customer service or leave management issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 9 years of professional and/or leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years of Disability operations experience
- 3 or more years of Absence operations experience
