Job Summary
A employee benefits solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Life and Health Insurance Licensed Benefits Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determining the full scope of services to be provided to client
- Developing sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies
- Working closely with account management and/or client service teams on pre-renewal strategy
Position Requirements Include:
- Attends carrier events
- Valid life and health insurance license, required
- 3+ years' of benefits consulting experience, required
- Must be up to date and knowledgeable on Health Care Reform
- Ability to influence and effectively interact with members of the C-suite
- Must have a practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
