Job Summary
A data service company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standard
- Field between 75 to 100 calls daily
- Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED Preferences
- 1 year experience in an office environment
- 1 year experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
- 6+ months of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- 6+ months of experience in a role that required you to communicate (oral/written)
- Must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process
