Job Summary

A data service company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standard
  • Field between 75 to 100 calls daily
  • Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or GED Preferences
  • 1 year experience in an office environment
  • 1 year experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • 6+ months of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
  • 6+ months of experience in a role that required you to communicate (oral/written)
  • Must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process
