Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Life Insurance Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and analyzing laws and legal contracts
  • Reviewing member service team legal requests
  • providing guidance regarding powers of attorney, divorce decrees, etc

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of legal experience within Life Insurance
  • 5+ years of experience handling claims best practices and procedures
  • 5+ years of experience interpreting legal documents
  • dvanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced user of LexisNexis
  • Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction
