Job Summary
A large mutual life insurance company has an open position for a Remote Life Insurance Bilingual Korean Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound applicant interviews with both expediency and accuracy
- Using various systems to: access the applicants' phone number to dial calls; manage and update the call disposition; etc
- Assisting underwriters during the underwriting process by conducting follow up calls with applicants for additional info
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak in English and Korean
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and service excellence
- Ability to access databases and website at point of call
- Ability to trigger alerts to the Agent, General Office staff and/or Underwriter when necessary
