Job Summary

A large mutual life insurance company has an open position for a Remote Life Insurance Bilingual Korean Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Conducting inbound and outbound applicant interviews with both expediency and accuracy
Using various systems to: access the applicants' phone number to dial calls; manage and update the call disposition; etc
Assisting underwriters during the underwriting process by conducting follow up calls with applicants for additional info

Skills and Requirements Include:

High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak in English and Korean
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and service excellence
Ability to access databases and website at point of call
Ability to trigger alerts to the Agent, General Office staff and/or Underwriter when necessary
