Job Summary

An insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Life Insurance Case Coordinator in Des Moines.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Resolving incomplete applications by obtaining missing or necessary information from agent
• Ordering additional medical requirements as directed by the underwriter after initial file review
• Analyzing the new business and underwriting workflow processes to optimize efficiencies

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Four years of experience in underwriting or new business administration or equivalent
• Good knowledge of life insurance industry products
• Good data entry and ten-key by touch skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
