Job Summary

A company that provides insurance, investment and financial services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Life Insurance Underwriter 3.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate applications for individual life insurance on face amounts up to $750,000
  • Assess the risk based upon analysis
    Ensure prompt and efficient service to our clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of underwriting manuals, anatomy, and disease
  • ALMI, ALU or significant progress towards FLMI, FALU designation
  • Strong attention to detail to follow business processes correctly
  • Ability to review medical records and make accurate underwriting assessments
