Job Summary
A global life sciences company is seeking a Remote Life Science Start Up Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and controling start up project schedule, budget, and scope
- Leading start-up team during study start-up phase
- Proactively engaging in both quality assurance and risk management activities
Position Requirements Include:
- Financial awareness and ability to actively utilize financial tracking systems
- Experience in managing projects in a virtual environment
- Five or more years of drug development and clinical research experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to utilize resources effectively
- Demonstrated ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate staff within a matrix system
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and to encourage team members to seek solutions independently
