Job Summary

A healthcare consulting and services company is filling a position for a Remote Life Sciences Business Development Vice President in Saint Petersburg.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Selling and delivery of Company’s solutions for the life sciences industry in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and patient advocacy segments, as well as through channel partnerships with other organizations
  • Achieving or exceeding 100% of quota
  • Executing on growth strategies to develop new business and expand business within existing clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel: 20% - 30% as needed
  • BS or BA degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years sales experience in healthcare, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industries with experience selling directly to CROs and research institutions strongly preferred
  • Proven history of exceeding quota, with demonstrated tenacity and drive to achieve goals
  • Ability to grasp complex ideas and communicate them to a broad range of technical and nontechnical people in written and verbal form
  • Life Sciences sales experience and a solid understanding of the life sciences industry with an emphasis on the clinical trials segment of the industry (CRO/sponsor)
