Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm has an open position for a Remote Life Sciences Division Senior Business Development Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading Pricing Committee review process for global pursuits
  • Effectively recommending same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval
  • Monitoring appropriate staffing levels and reports on utilization and deployment of human resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in finance, consulting, or analytics preferred
  • Experience must include a minimum of 5 years commercial real estate developing outsourcing solutions, pricing and org development models
  • "Real Estate license preferred
