Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to the consulting capability of the organization as well as nurture talent
- Consult and advise clients on large transformation engagements
- Manage and drive proposals and presales activities meeting high quality of standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 18 years of Industry experience in IT and Life Science
- Deep understanding of E2E Life Science business process
- Strong capability in managing consulting related strategies and unit level initiatives
- Strong capability in developing GTM strategy through leadership and solution for Life Science clients
- Strong capability in leading solution evaluation for specific Life Science industry challenges
- Expertise in execution of org wide / Unit wide focus areas and providing strategies for execution
