A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Life Sciences Lead Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing thoughtful and practical product, business, and legal counseling on various legal risks
- Managing and resolving complicated issues related to commercial deals
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising cross-functional teams on a wide variety of commercial agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- J.D., with strong academic credentials and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial or corporate experience in-house or at a law firm
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and diligent
- Ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously and to set appropriate priorities with clients
- Proven ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice
