A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for scientific roles within their Research & Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for R&D teams across various scientific groups
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies
• Source, attract, and evaluate candidates through various methods

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in life sciences, with a focus on biotech or pharmaceutical industries
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proven experience in hiring for R&D teams, including scientific research roles
• Familiarity with the product development process
• Experience with Paylocity software for candidate tracking is highly preferred
