Job Summary

A pharmaceutical consulting and commercialization company is in need of a Remote Life Sciences Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Create a deep and diverse talent pool to service resourcing requirements
  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers
  • Present pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Recruiter in a corporate, CRO, RPO or agency environment
  • Proven track record in direct sourcing and managing an end-to-end recruiting process
  • Proven track record in utilizing creative recruitment techniques and measurement of results
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
