Job Summary
A cloud-based software firm is seeking a Remote Life Sciences Services Operations Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning our Professional Services Automation system as well as its reporting functions and data quality
- Developing advanced knowledge of our’ policies, processes, data, and systems
- Providing insights on business KPIs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, software services, or operations in a services business
- People management experience or leading high-performing teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience in designing and implementing processes and systems
