Job Summary

An online retailer has a current position open for a Remote Lifecycle Experience Marketing Digital Marketing Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining audience segments and personas, working closely with campaign and operations teams
  • Researching and analyzing buyer needs and engagement rates at each journey stage
  • Developing propensity models to increase market and account penetration

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • E-commerce marketing, product, and/or UX experience
  • Knowledge of digital UX tools and best practices
  • Experience leading customer insights research, segmentation, personalization, and data and analytics programs to drive actionable findings and business impact
