Job Summary
An online community connecting womxn and queer people focused on Mobile, Women-Focused, Gay & Lesbian Market, and Social Network is seeking a Remote Lifecycle Marketer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Using various marketing channels (email, in-app messaging, push notifications) to increase activation, usage, paid conversion, and retention of customers
- Managing and executing weekly retention tactics to increase customer LTV
- Identifying opportunities to leverage consumer data across app and web experiences to increase activation, recurrection opportunities, upsell capabilities and identify cross selling opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of hand-on experience in retention and lifecycle marketing across email and app channels
- Knowledge of platforms for segmentation, email/app automation and campaign management
- Experience building customer journey CRM series and triggered alerts
- Demonstrated understanding of email and app marketing industry best practices, deliverability, CAN-SPAM legislation and marketing success metrics
- Successful track record in partnering with technical analytics, product and engineering teams to develop new programs and features
- Ability to analyze retention campaign data to determine what is working and not working
