Job Summary
A peer-to-peer marketplace is seeking a Remote Lifecycle Marketing Email Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing our email program, including newsletters, triggered marketing emails, and transactional messages
- Building email templates,launching new campaigns and monitoring performance
- Driving new CRM projects with the goal of adding increasing engagement and retention
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience developing and executing a lifecycle or CRM program
- A track record of delivering on key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Experience with product marketing
- A strong data analysis skill set
- A self starter who is excited about building new programs
