Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a contract opportunity for a Remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on designing and executing end-to-end lifecycle campaigns for the Mailchimp product, utilizing customer data and marketing automation tools to engage and retain small business customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, launch, and manage multiple lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring optimal segmentation and orchestration
  • Identify customer insights and data to develop effective go-to-market strategies and measure campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive marketing effectiveness through data and AI
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C or B2B lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer and behavioral data for campaign segmentation and targeting
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Campaign Manager, is a plus
  • Exceptional project and time management skills to handle multiple complex projects
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to enhance marketing effectiveness using data and models
