Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Must be able to:
- Design, build, manage and report on Scratchpad’s customer lifecycle stages from acquisition to activation, adoption, and reactivation
- Create strategic initiatives and content for each stage of the customer journey
- Identify KPIs for lifecycle program success and use these metrics to test and scale rapidly
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-5+ years in B2B SaaS, Consumer, or eCommerce marketing
- Experience and success in growing audiences, users, and revenue in either a B2B SaaS, product-led growth organization, eCommerce, or direct to consumer business
- Voracious appetite for data and never feel satisfied with status quo
- Listen and clearly express yourself verbally and in writing
- Mentoring and leadership skills
- Problem solver
