Job Summary
A provider of e-commerce subscription servivces is filling a position for a Remote Lifestyle Brand Customer Experience Analyst in the New York Metro Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring all orders placed are accurately fulfilled each day
- Helping bring our response times to customers to less than 1 hour during business hours
- Improving overall customer satisfaction
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to occasionally come to our Manhattan office for training
- Has a four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Has access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Has relevant experience organizing and executing tasks in a professional setting
