Job Summary

A server and infrastructure provider has an open position for a Remote Linux Administrator L1 or L2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), Apache, Nginx, MySQL, and more
  • Communicating on current document processes and assist in improvement suggestions
  • Learning and adapting to the ServerHub platform, and adapt to rapid change

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 2-7 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience managing production application support
  • Experience with IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalling concept
  • Experience with Cloud Virtualization technologies such as KVM, Xen, and more
  • can install, configure, automate, and monitor various Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
  • Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Salt
