Job Summary

A provider of cyber-security solutions is seeking a Remote Linux Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing to the planning and development of multiple features
  • Participating in root-cause analysis and resolution of customer issues
  • Reviewing and examining both code and designs to identify potential errors early

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of development experience working as a software engineer in a Linux environment
  • Strong C/C++ skills
  • Experience with Virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Docker, Vagrant
  • Understanding of Linux OS internals
  • Ability to design and implement new-features as well as debug problems as they arise
  • Computer security fundamentals
