A premier web hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Linux Support Specialist in Ann Arbor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering an excellent customer service experience via email, phone, and live chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborating with team members and escalating issues when needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Company-sponsored parties, events, and conference attendance
- Ability to work from home as this is a 100% remote position
- Ability to provide your own equipment
- Previous experience in web hosting or related Internet fields
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
