Job Summary
A server hosting provider has a current position open for a Remote Linux System Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Configuring and maintaining a wide variety of Linux/Window systems
- Providing technical support to our customer base via help desk and telephone
- Troubleshooting IPv4/IPv6, DNS, FTP, NFS, HTTP, hardware, and connectivity issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years Server Administration (Linux and Windows)
- 3+ years in a web hosting support role
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to do phone support
