Remote Linux System Administrator
Job Summary
A business strategy and consulting services firm has an open position for a Remote Linux System Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and solve complex problems with automation first techniques utilizing client provided automation tools
- Write system scripts for daily administration
- Maintain and contribute to enterprise source code and configuration (git) repositories
Qualifications Include:
- 4-6 years of experience as a System Administrator
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with Ansible and/or Puppet
- BA/BS Degree. In lieu of degree 4 years additional experience will be needed
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools in a data center environment
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
