Job Summary

A business strategy and consulting services firm has an open position for a Remote Linux System Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and solve complex problems with automation first techniques utilizing client provided automation tools
  • Write system scripts for daily administration
  • Maintain and contribute to enterprise source code and configuration (git) repositories

Qualifications Include:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a System Administrator
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with Ansible and/or Puppet
  • BA/BS Degree. In lieu of degree 4 years additional experience will be needed
  • Experience with configuration management and automation tools in a data center environment
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
