Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Litigation Adjuster.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Communicating empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process
• Reviewing claim including statement summaries
• Setting litigation strategy with defense attorney according to the Litigation Guidelines

Position Requirements Include:

• Attend mediation, if required
• 5+ years of represented casualty experience
• Experience working on litigation files with defense counsel
• Can interpret and apply laws and regulation to files and put into effect creative solutions
• Have a strong background in negotiation and conflict management
• Organized and are successful at time management
