Job Summary
A cybersecurity technology company is seeking a Remote Litigation and Employment eDiscovery Manager and Paralegal.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing eDiscovery Program in Collaboration with the Information Security Team
- Providing general litigation support
- Providing labor and employment support
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a law firm, eDiscovery vendor, managed service provider and/or in-house
- Experience with e-Discovery processes, forensic data collections and evidence handling
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality
