Job Summary
A financial services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Litigation Associate General Counsel III in Saint Louis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage outside counsel in driving litigation strategy
- Conduct merits hearings/trials in industry arbitration
- Manage litigation pending in court and before industry arbitration panels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and resolve complex matters is required
- Sound judgment, decision making, and conflict resolution skills are required
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- At least five years of progressive responsibility as a litigator in private practice
- License to practice law in Missouri, or a reciprocal state
