Job Summary

A healthcare insurance organization is filling a position for a Remote Litigation Associate General Counsel IV.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Advising internal clients regarding assessment of business disputes
• Managing outside counsel relationships with law firms on assigned matters, including managing budgets
• Contributing to the development of internal policies, guidelines, toolkits, and job-aids

Required Skills:

• 7 years of work experience beyond J.D. degree
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Requires a J.D. and current licensure to practice law
• Healthcare experience required
• Litigation experience required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
