A boutique legal staffing agency is in need of a Remote Litigation Attorney.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Editing dispositive motions and appellate briefs
  • Strategizing on best written legal arguments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Current standing in any State Bar
  • Demonstrated extraordinary writing skills
  • Prior BigLaw experience or experience with an elite plaintiff's class action firm strongly preferred
  • Class action experience a plus, including securities fraud and shareholder derivative actions
  • Ability to edit dispositive motions and appellate briefs
  • Proven ability to strategize on best written legal arguments
