Remote Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Litigation Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on laws and regulations to assist in legal preparation
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including EEOC charges and motions
• Manage trial preparations and coordinate communication with clients and legal professionals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Labor/Employment matters
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal qualification preferred
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Strong knowledge of legal terminologies and procedures
• Experience with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
