Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal for a remote, full-time in-house engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to high-volume subpoena requests
• Handle issues involving garnishments, liens, levies, and other legal process requests
• Track and maintain a subpoena docket while ensuring compliance with deadlines and applicable laws

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a financial institution
• Experience managing a substantial subpoena docket
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
• Experience in a bank, fintech company, state financial institution, or crypto-related organization
• Willingness to work Eastern Time hours
