Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Litigation Paralegal to provide contract-based support for a busy litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare litigation documents for real estate disputes, collections, and landlord-tenant proceedings
• Draft and assemble pleadings, motion materials, and supporting case documents under attorney direction
• Manage discovery-related tasks and maintain case information within case management systems

Required Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation with minimal training needed
• Working knowledge of motions practice, discovery procedures, and litigation document preparation
• Experience in real estate litigation, commercial lease disputes, collections, or evictions preferred
• Proficiency with case management software and organizational skills for files and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting assignment deadlines
