Job Summary

Remote Litigation Paralegal is a temporary position that provides contract-based support for a busy litigation practice, focusing on real estate and civil litigation tasks with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize litigation documents for real estate disputes and related civil matters
• Draft pleadings and manage discovery-related tasks while tracking deadlines
• Support trial preparation by gathering exhibits and organizing case materials

Required Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation
• Working knowledge of motions practice and discovery procedures
• Experience in real estate litigation, commercial lease disputes, or evictions is preferred
• Proficiency with case management software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a fluctuating workload
