Job Summary

A live chat support service has a current position open for a Remote Live Chat Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Represent our customers and work to drive each “chatter” through to a goal
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Position Requirements Include:

  • Native-level English with outstanding sentence structure, spelling and grammar
  • Typing speed of 80+ WPM, error-free
  • Able to work 35-40 hours each week
  • Strong ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations
