Job Summary
A live chat support service has a current position open for a Remote Live Chat Agent.
Must be able to:
- Represent our customers and work to drive each “chatter” through to a goal
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Position Requirements Include:
- Native-level English with outstanding sentence structure, spelling and grammar
- Typing speed of 80+ WPM, error-free
- Able to work 35-40 hours each week
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations
