Job Summary

A live event ticket marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Live Event Platform Product Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Matching ineligible listings tied to live events in the Gametime database
  • Overseeing contractors to target highest priority events and performers/sports teams
  • Working with listing automation tool to identify and implement improvements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in: the live event space and primary and secondary ticket industries
  • Experience with account management: communicating with external partners or clients in any industry
  • Knowledge and experience in: sorting of high priority inventory on a scheduled basis
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in any industry
  • Ability to learn data analytics and develop strategic methodologies
