A company is looking for a Remote Live Verification Agent - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer rental information to ensure compliance with standards
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat interactions with customers
• Document customer concerns and provide resolutions as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 year of phone customer service experience
• Experience with high-volume inbound calls preferred
• Technical proficiency with required hardware and software
• Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously
• Completion of a one-week instructor-led training program
