A company is looking for a Remote Live Verification Agent - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer information for accuracy and compliance before approving rental dispatch
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while assisting multiple customers via chat
• Document customer concerns and resolve issues as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One year of phone customer service experience preferred
• Technical proficiency with required hardware and software specifications
• Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously
• Must have a quiet, private work area for remote work
• Attendance during training and meetings with camera on is mandatory
