Job Summary

A medical device distribution company has a current position open for a Remote Live Well Customer Service Representative II.

Must be able to:

  • Place phone and mail orders via website
  • Maintain record of calls and note customer's records as necessary to maintain consistency in service
  • Respond to routine and some non-routine, more complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year Customer Service or related role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong technical/computer skills
