Job Summary
a performance improvement solutions company has a current position open for a Remote LMS Support Specialist in Raleigh.
Must be able to:
- Upload, publish, and test e-Learning modules to ensuring proper functionality
- Build training assignments and testing criteria before release to ensure accurate audience assignment
- Support the design and development of custom reports for clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years’ experience in enterprise LMS administration or learning technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with special focus on Microsoft Excel data reporting and Microsoft PowerPoint charts
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
