Job Summary

A financial services company specializing in small business loans has an open position for a Remote Loan Administration Post Closing Analyst Associate in Jersey City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Post-funding loan data collection
  • Communicating with title policy company and counties for mortgage and title
  • Reviewing title policy and mortgage document and reconciling with loan record/documents

Qualifications for this position include:

  • College Degree, minimum GPA 3.0
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience with mortgage, title policy and related legal documents
  • Ability to learn quickly and be a team player
  • Proficient with Excel
