Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Loan Closer.
Must be able to:
- Review loan documents for accuracy, completion, and compliance
- Coordinate signings and closings
- Ensure closing figures are in balance
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to close a minimum of 5-6 loans per day
- Experience using Encompass is required
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a Closer
- Ability to accurately record and calculate figures and prepare loan documents
- Strong knowledge of wet/dry state closing requirements
