Job Summary

A mortgage lender is seeking a Remote Loan Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Input all borrower information into the 1003
  • Review AUS findings and ensure that borrower documentation matches the information
  • Provide guidance to borrowers on loan processing flow

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years mortgage company experience as a Loan Consultant
  • Experience working at a company with centralized operations and paperless technology
  • Must be in the top 1/3 of producers in their current market area
  • Minimum of twenty loyal and producing business partners
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
