A regional bank and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Loan Consumer Client Services Lead Specialist in Amherst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing accurate loan transactions including account research and loan maintenance
- Performing careful and timely review of various reports to alleviate potential customer issues
- Actively seeking opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality and the client experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
